How much does limo dispatch software cost?
Fleetora is $299 a month up to 10 vehicles, $599 a month up to 40, and a custom quote beyond that. Across the market, operator-owned dispatch platforms generally run $250 to $900 a month for a small-to-mid fleet, with marketplaces instead taking 20–30% of every fare.
Does Fleetora charge commission on fares?
No. Fleetora takes 0% of your fares on every plan. You pay a flat monthly platform fee based on fleet size, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one and profitable airport or corporate contracts stay profitable at any volume.
Are there per-driver or per-dispatcher fees?
No. Dispatcher logins and driver app accounts are unlimited within your plan's vehicle count. Adding a night dispatcher or a weekend driver does not change your invoice, which is where seat-based competitors get expensive as you grow.
What is included in onboarding?
Tariff and zone configuration, airport fixed rates, branding, payment gateway connection, CSV import of customers, corporate accounts and drivers, app store submission, and training for dispatchers and drivers. Onboarding is included in the plan price, not billed as professional services.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Plans run monthly with no annual lock-in and no setup fee. You can export your customers, bookings, driver records and invoices at any time, so leaving is a data export rather than a negotiation. Annual prepayment discounts are available on request.
